Lucas is known for creating mysterious, wonder-filled worlds with strong elements of surrealism and fantasy, that can range from playful to dark. Nature inspires his usually textured and colorful scenes, in which his one-of-a-kind creatures capture the heart of the viewer.
A native of Córdoba, Argentina, started his career in 2010, after his move to Austin. He is a self-taught artist whose work keeps evolving through research and experimentation. In 2011 he decided to take his vision to a larger scale and has worked on numerous projects and commissions. His involvement with other Austin creatives has given him the opportunity to do collaborations with other artists for clients such as Microsoft, X-Games, ACL, SXSW, and Alamo Drafthouse (to name a few) as well as participating in international mural festivals like Pow!Wow!Hawaii, Pow!Wow!Worcester and IPAF Cape Town, South Africa.
