Refund policy


We will strive to replace all damaged goods. Please check your goods and email us WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement/refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us.



By proceeding through checkout, you agree that all sales are final and that there are absolutely no cancellations of any kind. All sales are final, returns or exchanges won't be accepted. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Any orders that are canceled for ANY reason at our discretion will be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. 

Refunds will be given at the discretion of 1DROP, please contact us via email at if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase.

Occasionally, due to unforeseen technical errors in the website, items may be oversold. In the event your order is affected by such an error, your account will be promptly refunded for the item no longer in stock and you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate those whose orders' are affected by an oversell.
